The East Troy FFA was named the winner of the state FFA Agricultural Issues Contest at the 93^rd Wisconsin FFA Convention in Madison, WI. The Agricultural Issues team members include: Mary Schrieber, Sophie Cleveland, Alyssa Schauer, Levi Orags, and Carly Boers. The advisors of East Troy are Ryan Holle and Katie Vacula. 

The teams were asked to select and research an agricultural topic and develop a presentation to explain and provide alternatives to the issue.

East Troy will represent Wisconsin at the 95th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana this October. The national winner will be selected from a group of state finalists and will receive a plaque and additional scholarship money.

The Agricultural Issues Contest is sponsored by Wisconsin FFA Foundation Annual Fund on the State level. Elanco Animal Health, Syngenta and U.S. Poultry & Egg Association are the national sponsors.
