The Shullsburg FFA Chapter was named the winner of the state FFA Parliamentary Procedure Leadership Development Event (LDE) at the 94^th  Wisconsin FFA Convention in Madison, Wisconsin. The Shullsburg FFA advisor is Jenny Russell.

Shullsburg will represent Wisconsin at the 96th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana this October. The national winner will be selected from a group of state finalists and will receive a plaque and additional scholarship money. 

The Parliamentary Procedure LDE builds leadership and increases the knowledge of proper parliamentary procedure. The parliamentary procedure team, consisting of six members, have eleven minutes to demonstrate “parliamentary abilities” while discussing the topic given to them by the judges. The team is then asked questions testing their knowledge of parliamentary procedure.
